At Dreampeak Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for course purchases.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Eligible for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date
• You have consumed less than 30% of the course content
• The course content is significantly different from what was advertised
• You experienced technical issues that prevented access to the course and we were unable to resolve them
• You accidentally purchased the same course twice
• The course was purchased fraudulently on your account

1.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
• You have completed more than 30% of the course content
• You have downloaded course materials or certificates
• You violated our Terms and Conditions
• You request a refund after completing the course
• The course is part of a subscription or bundle (see section 5)

2. Refund Request Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "My Courses" or "Purchase History"
3. Select the course you wish to refund
4. Click on "Request Refund" button
5. Fill out the refund request form with your reason
6. Submit the request

Alternatively, you can email us at refunds@dreampeaksolutionsopcpvtltd.com with:

• Your account email address
• Course name and purchase date
• Order/Transaction ID
• Reason for refund request

2.2 Processing Time

• Review: We will review your refund request within 2-3 business days
• Approval: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Credit: Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for purchase
• PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
• Other Payment Methods: Refunded using the same method when possible

Note: We cannot refund to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original purchase.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

• If you have completed between 30-50% of the course content
• If the refund request is made between 30-45 days of purchase
• If there were minor technical issues that affected part of the course

Partial refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

5. Special Cases

5.1 Course Bundles and Subscriptions

• Bundles: Refunds for course bundles will be calculated based on the individual course prices minus any completed courses
• Subscriptions: Subscription refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period
• Free Courses: Courses obtained for free or through promotions are not eligible for refunds

5.2 Promotional or Discounted Purchases

• Courses purchased during sales or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy
• Refunds will be for the amount actually paid, not the original course price
• Used promotional codes cannot be reissued if a refund is processed

5.3 Gift Purchases

• Refunds for gifted courses must be requested by the original purchaser
• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method
• If the gift recipient has already accessed significant course content, the refund may be denied

6. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

• Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
• Any downloaded materials must be deleted
• Certificates obtained will be invalidated
• You will not be able to access course content or materials

7. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of our refund policy, including:

• Requesting refunds for multiple courses in a short period
• Downloading all course materials before requesting a refund
• Completing the majority of the course before requesting a refund
• Repeated pattern of purchasing and refunding courses

Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy may be suspended or terminated.

8. Technical Issues

8.1 Platform Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course:

• Contact our support team immediately at support@dreampeaksolutionsopcpvtltd.com
• Provide details about the issue you're experiencing
• Allow us 48 hours to resolve the technical problem
• If we cannot resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a full refund

8.2 Course Quality Issues

If the course has quality issues (broken videos, missing content, etc.):

• Report the issue to us with specific details
• We will work to fix the issue within 7 business days
• If the issue cannot be resolved, you will receive a full refund

9. Exceptions and Limitations

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
